Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute an agreement for systems
administration services with Daniel Juan for an amount not to
exceed $90,100.
AGREEMENT WITH PERKOWITZ & RUTH, INC. FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE BIRCH STREET
SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute, an agreement with Studio One Eleven,
a division of Perkowitz & Ruth, Inc., for architectural design services
in an amount not to exceed $66,475 plus a 10 percent contingency
for a total project cost of $73,123.

the subject matter jurisdiction of the Agency. NO action may be taken on
non-agenda items unless authorized by law.
