COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, a Fourth Implementation Agreement to the Owner Participation Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and the Orange County High School of the Arts Foundation in the amount of $300,000. CITY COUNCIL ACTION Motion: Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing a $260,000 loan from the General Fund to the Central City Redevelopment Project Area and appropriating same to the Central City obligations account.
