DISCOVERY SCIENCE CENTER AT 2500 NORTH MAIN STREET

COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
Motions: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2002-01 approving the First Implementation
Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and
Discovery Museum of Orange County.
2. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director and Secretary of the Agency to execute an
agreement between the City and the Agency to trade excess City
property, to be added to Parcel 5, for the Agency to convey to
Discovery Museum of Orange County, in return for the Agency's
trade of a portion of Parcel 5 to the City to be ultimately
developed as a bike path.
CITY COUNCIL ACTION
Motions: 1. Certify and approve the Addendum and Environmental Impact
Report No. 96-01.
2. Adopt an ordinance approving the amendment to Development
Agreement No. 97-01.
3. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No.
2001-14.
4. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-34.
5. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager
and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement between the
City and the Agency to trade excess City property, to be added to

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE SUBMISSION OF CHFA HELP
PROGRAM APPLICATION
Adopt Resolution No. 2002-02 authorizing the Executive Director of
the Community Redevelopment Agency to submit an application to
the California Housing Finance Agency for the Housing Enabled by
Local Partnerships Program to incur indebtedness, execute loan
agreements and commit Agency resources.
