CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Community Redevelopment Agency and will be
enacted by one motion without discussion unless otherwise directed
by the Chairperson. Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent
Calendar matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with the
Recording Secretary.

CONTRACT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR AND OFFICE SPACE LEASE AGREEMENT
Motions: 1. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute, a contract with Cesar Armendariz
to perform as the Executive Director of the International Business
Center for a one-year period in an amount not to exceed $87,000.
2. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute, a lease agreement with Caribou
Industries for office space at the International Business Center
(900 North Broadway).

AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CIVIC
CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORPORATION
Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute, an Affordable Housing Development
Agreement with Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation in an
amount not to exceed $25,000.

Redevelopment Agency members regarding any non-agenda items within
the subject matter jurisdiction of the Agency. NO action may be taken on
non-agenda items unless authorized by law.
