RESOLUTION NO. 85- 49
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
- AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
THE ASSIGNMENT BY URBAN PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION OF ITS INTERESTS IN A DISPOSITION
AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE AGENCY TO
URBAN VENTURES CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana entered into a "Disposition and Development Agreement,"
on September 25,1984, with Urban Pacific Development Corporation.
WHEREAS, the said agreement requires the prior written
approval of the Agency for the assignment of the said Disposition
and Development Agreement¡ and
WHEREAS, Urban Pacific Development Corporation now desires
to assign all its right, title and interest in and to the said
Disposition and Development Agreement to Urban Ventures Corporation,
and the Agency has no objection to such assignment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The assignment by Urban Pacific Development Corporation
of its right, title and interest in and to the abovesaid Disposition
and Development Agreement to Urban Ventures Corporation is hereby
approved.
2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a consent to such
assignment on behalf of the Agency.
