RESOLUTION NO. 85-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING
ITS BY-LAWS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the By-laws of the Agency as adopted
by its Resolution No. 81-109, dated October 26,1981, are hereby
amended by adding a section, to be numbered 10.5, to Article V
thereof, which said section reads as follows:
"SECTION 10.5.
Special voting requirement for land
acquisition contracts. Any contract
which directly or indirectly obligates
the Agency to acquire any interest in
real property, and any motion or
resolution to approve such a contract,
requires the affirmative vote of at
least five (5) members of the Agency."
