RESOLUTION NO. 86- 60
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE
AND DEVELOPMENT OF REAL PROPERTY WITH CIVIC
CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORP.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana entered into an "Agreement for the Sale and
Development of Real Property," dated February 19, 1985, with
Civic Center Barrio Housing Corp., which provides for the sale
and development of certain property at 300-304 Jackson Street
in the City of Santa Ana as condominium units; and
WHEREAS, Civic Center Barrio Housing Corp. now desires
to amend said agreement to provide for the development of rental
units rather than condominiums, and in certain other particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Re-
development Agency of the City of Santa Ana that that certain
"Amendment to Agreement" between the said Agency and Civic Center
Barrio Housing Corp. is hereby approved.
