RESOLUTION NO. 86-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT BY MAIN
STREET PARTNERS OF ITS INTERESTS IN AN OWNER
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH THE AGENCY TO LINCOLN
TOWN CENTER ASSOCIATES.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency or the City or
Santa Ana entered into an "Owner Participation Agreement", on
August 20, 1985, with Main Street Partners.
WHEREAS, the said agreement requires the prior written
approval or the Agency ror the assignment or the said Owner
Participation Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Main Street Partners now desire to assign all its
right, title and interest in and to the said Owner
Participation Agreement to Lincoln Town Center Associates and
the Agency has no objection to such -assignment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
4IÞ MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The assignment by Main Street Partners or its right,
title and interest in and to the abovesaid Owner Participation
Agreement to Lincoln Town Center Associates is hereby approved.
2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a consent to such
assignment on behalr or the Agency.
