RESOLUTION 110. 87-26 OF THE COIIIIDJIIITY REDEVELOPllE1IIT COIIIIISSION
OF THE CITY OF SAllTA AlIA RECOGIIIZIRG THE CO1llTRIBUTIO1llS
OF HEI.LlWl.Y MCIlEELY
WHEREAS, Miss Mellmary McNeely joined the City's clerical staff on
April 12, 1977 and subsequently became a part of the Community Development
Department on November 1, 1979; and
WHEREAS, during the course of her tenure, she has assisted a total of
twenty one Commissioners, prepared approximately one hundred agendas, and
recorded hundreds of hours of meetings and testimony; and
WHEREAS, her thoughtful transcription of meetings into minutes and her steady
guidance through complicated agendas are testimony to her strength of
character and diplomatic conduct; and
WHEREAS, her presence will be deeply missed by this Commission during its
future deliberations concerning the economic development of Santa Ana;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
The Commission fondly recognizes the meaningful contribution of
Mellmary McNeely during the course of her tenure and wishes her great
happiness and the best of life in her retirement years.
ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: MEMBERS: Adler, Alleman, Balen, Gosse, Mack, Mills,
and Rosenow
