RESOLUTION NO. 87-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A CHANGE IN THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, on August 10, 1987, the Planning Commission by
resolution selected and designated the Project Area for the Bristol
Corridor Redevelopment Project, and approved a Preliminary Plan
formulated for the redevelopment of the Project Area; and
WHEREAS, on September 1, 1987 , this Redevelopment Commission
adopted a resolution receiving the Preliminary Plan and by motion
requested the Planning Commission to change the boundaries of the Proj ect
Area by adding a certain property thereto; and
WHEREAS, on September 14, 1987, the Planning Commission adopted
a resolution changing the boundaries of the Bristol Corridor
Redevelopment Project Area to add the property requested by the
.Redevelopment Commission; and
WHEREAS, Section 33326 of the California Community Redevelopment
Law (Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.) permits the Planning
Commission to make such boundary changes, with the approval of the
Redevelopment Commission; and
. WHEREAS , the Redevelopment Commission, pursuant to Section
33202, is authorized to prepare and adopt redevelopment plans and the
documents related thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Commission
of the City of Santa Ana, as follows:
The Redevelopment Commission hereby approves the change in
boundaries of the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project Area to add the
property to the Project Area shown on Attachment "A" hereto.
