RESOLUTION NO. 87-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RECEIVING
THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, ESTABLISHING THE PROJECT
BASE YEAR ASSESSMENT ROLL, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE FILING OF INFORMATION REQUIRED BY
SECTIONS 33327 AND 33328 OF THE COMMUNITY REDE-
VELOPMENT LAW, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF A FILING
FEE TO THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 87-8, adopted on August 10,
1987, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana selected
and designated the boundaries of the Redevelopment Project Area
for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project, approved the
~reliminary Plan for the Project, and directed that the Pre-
liminary Plan be submitted to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelop-
ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California as follows:
1. The Preliminary Plan for the Bristol Corridor Rede-
velopment Project, as formulated and approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Santa Ana, is hereby received by
the Agency, and the Agency hereby directs that the Preliminary
Plan be submitted to the Santa Ana Redevelopment Commission
for preparation of an official Redevelopment Plan and environ-
mental impact report for the Project.
2, The 1987-88 assessment roll is the Base Year Assess-
ment Roll the Agency proposes to use for the allocation of
taxes pursuant to Section 33670 and 33670.5 of the Community
Redevelopment Law.
3. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby
authorized and directed to file the information required by
Sections 33327 and 33328 of the Community Redevelopment Law
with the appropriate taxing agency governing bodies, taxing
officials, and the State Board of Equalization.
4. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby author-
ized to pay to the State Board of Equalization such fees
for filing and processing said information as may be required
