RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA CONSENTING TO JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN ON THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana has
prepared a Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project;
and
WHEREAS, the Commission has submitted the proposed Redevelopment Plan to
the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana for its report and recommenda-
tion; and
WHEREAS, Section 33355 of the California Community Redevelopment Law auth-
orizes a joint public hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan with the
consent of the Redevelopment Commission, the Redevelopment Agency and the City
Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Agency hereby consents to a joint public hearing on the proposed
Redevelopment Plan for the Project, and requests the City Council to call a
joint public hearing of the Commission, the Agency and the City Council, at
such time as it may determine, in the Council Chambers in the Santa Ana City
Hall to consider and act upon the proposed Redevelopment Plan and all
documents and evidence pertaining thereto.
2. The Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency shall, in
cooperation with the City of Santa Ana, prepare, publish and mail such notices
and documents, and do all other acts as may be necessary to carry out the
purposes of this resolution.
