RESOLUTION NO 88-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING THE BY-LAWS THEREOF TO PROVIDE
FOR THE MAYOR AND MAYOR PRO TEM OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA TO SERVE AS CHAIRMAN
AND VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that section 2 of Article 2 of the
By-laws of the said Agency, as adopted by its resolution no.
81-109, dated October 26, 1981, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
SECTION 2.
Chairman and Vice-Chairman. The Mayor of
the City of Santa Ana shall be the Chairman
and the Mayor Pro-Tern shall be the Vice-
Chairman of the Agency and shall hold office
for terms concurrent with their respective
City offices.
