RESOLUTION NO. 88- 08
A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING AND
AUTHORIZING CIRCULATION OF DRAFT ENVIRON-
MENTAL IMPACT REPORr FOR THE BRISTOL COR-
RIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AND SETTING
A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, AND AUTHORIZING
PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND
AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT EIR AND PUBLIC
HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR)
for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project has been pre-
pared in accordance with the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act, the State EIR Guidelines, and local
procedures adopted pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana Community
Redevelopment Commission as follows:
1. The Draft EIR, in the form reviewed by the Commission
this date, for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project is
hereby found by the Commission to be sufficient to permit ade-
quate evaluation and review of the environmental impact of the
Project.
2. The said Draft EIR is hereby received by the Commission
as the Commission's Draft EIR for said Project for purposes of
circulation for review and comment by public agencies and members
of the public. Such comments shall be received by the Commission
at its office until 5:00 p.m. on April 29,1988.
3. A public hearing to receive comments on the Draft EIR
is hereby set for Tuesday, April 5, 1988 at 3:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, Santa Ana City Hall, Santa Ana, California.
4. Thé Executive Director of the Santa Ana Community
Redevelopment Commission is hereby authorized and directed to:
(a) file a Notice of Completion with State Clearing-
house in accordance with Section 15085 of the State CEQA Guide-
lines (California Administrative Code)¡
(b) provide for the distribution of the Draft EIR
for comment from public agencies and others, including the
Project Fiscal Review Committee, if created, as applicable with
respect to the project¡ and
(c) Publish a notice twice in the Oranqe County
Register advising the public of the completion and availability
of the Draft EIR for review and comment by the public, and of
the public hearing thereon for such purpose. Copies of the
Draft EIR shall be maintained for public inspection during the

comment period from March 16, 1988 through April 29, 1988 at
the Commission's office and the City libraries.
