RESOLUTION NO. 88-0,
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING THE DRAFT
RULES GOVERNING PARTICIPATION AND PREFERENCES
BY PROPERTY OWNERS AND BUSINESS OCCUPANTS IN
THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMEN'r PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMI'I'TAL OF SAID RULES '1'0
THE PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE
WHEREAS,
Section
33339.5
of
the
California
Community
Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et. seq.) provides
that a redevelopment commission shall adopt and make available for public
inspection rules to implement the operation of business re-entry preferences
in connection with a redevelopment plan; and
WHEREAS, Section 33345 of the Community Redevelopment Law
provides that a redevelopmen~, commission shall adopt and make available for
public i~sp"ection rules to implement the operation of owner participation in
connection with a redevelopment plan.
NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE
RESOLVED
BY
THE
COMMUNITY
IT
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The draft "Rules Governing Partic:ipation and
Preferences' ï:ïy" 'Þr¡:ïperty Owners and Busines" Occupants in the Bri"tol
Corridor Redevelopment Project," attached as Exhibit A and by reference
made a part hereof, are hereby received.
Section 2. The Executive Director of the Santa Ana
Redevelopmeni"'"'Cõiïïïñission is hereby authorized and directed to submit the
draft Rules to the Project Area Committee for their review and comment.
