RESOLUTION NO. 92- 15
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE
PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES
IMPROVEMENT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSMITTAL OF THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND THE
DRAFT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR SAID REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT TO ALL AFFECTED TAXING AGENCIES, AND
AUTHORIZING CIRCULATION OF THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT FOR THE SAID REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of
Santa Ana ("Commission") is performing the functions of the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the city of Santa Ana ("Agency")
pursuant to section 33202 of the Community Redevelopment Law with
respect to the preparation and adoption of a redevelopment plan for
the proposed Community Facilities Improvement Redevelopment Project
(the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, the Commission has authorized the preparation of a
preliminary report pursuant to section 33344.5 of the community
Redevelopment Law (the "Preliminary Report"), a copy of which is on
file with the Executive Director of the Agency,; and

WHEREAS, a draft of the proposed redevelopment plan for the
Project ("Draft Plan") has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, a draft environmental impact report for the Project
("Draft EIR") has been prepared pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act and the State CEQA Guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the community Redevelopment
Commission of the city of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The commission finds and determines that the Preliminary
Report conforms to the requirements of the Community Redevelopment
Law.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized
and directed to distribute the preliminary Report to each affected
taxing entity, as defined is section 33353.2 of the Community
Redevelopment Law.
3. The Executive Director of the Agency is further autho-
rized to distribute the Draft Plan to the said affected taxing
entities and other interested parties for their review and comment.
4. The Executive Director of the Agency is further autho-
rized to cause a Notice of Completion for the Draft EIR to be filed

and the Draft EIR to be made available for public review and
comment, all in accordance with the state CEQA Guidelines and the
Environmental Rules of the City of Santa Ana.
