A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVE-
LOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING THE AGENCY'S FISCAL YEAR 1992-
93 ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROVING A
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain Fiscal Year 1992-93 Annual Budget of the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, identified
as pages 4-1 through 4-144 (excepting pages 4-30 through 4-32 and
pages 4-52 through 4-78) of the city of Santa Ana's Annual Budget,
1992-93, is hereby approved.
2. That certain "Cooperation Agreement for the provision of
Publicly Owned Improvements in Connection with the Redevelopment
Project Areas" between the City of Santa Ana and the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the city of Santa Ana, on file in the
office of the Clerk of the Council of the city of Santa Ana, is
hereby approved, and the Chairman is authorized to execute the same
on behalf of the Agency and the Executive Director to attest
thereto.
