RESOLUTION NO. 94- 7
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING THE SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 2040 AND 2043 NORTH BROADWAY TO DR.
WILLIAM BUSTER, M.D., INC.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency proposes to
acquire parcels of real property located at 2040 and 2043 North
Broadway from the County of Orange and to convey the same to Dr.
William Buster, M.D., Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the entire purchase price of $750,000 to be paid to
the County for the said real property shall be provided by Dr.
William Buster, M.D., Inc;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the sale of the property
located at 2040 and 2043 by the Agency to Dr. William Buster, M.D.
is hereby approved on the condition that no Agency funds are used
for the Agency's acquisition of said property from the County.
