RESOLUTION NO. 94- 6
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING THE LEASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 801C NORTH BROADWAY TO TALLER SAN
JOSE
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency proposes to
acquire a parcel of real property located at 801C North Broadway
from the County of Orange and to lease the same to Taller San Jose;
and
WHEREAS, the entire purchase price of $120,000 to be paid in
installments to the County for the said real property shall be
provided by the lease payments made by Taller San Jose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the sale of the property
located at 801C by the Agency to Taller San Jose is hereby approved
on the condition that no Agency funds are used for the Agency's
acquisition of said property from the county.
