RESOLUTION NO. 95-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
SETTING THE DATE AND TIME OF A JOINT
PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE
AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
THE SOUTH MAIN STREET REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL IM-
PACT REPORT PREPARED IN CONNECTION
THEREWITH
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the city
of Santa Ana has initiated proceedings to amend the South Main
Street Redevelopment Plan in order to extend the time limits to
incur debt, to increase the financial limitations of the existing
Plan, to extend the period for commencement of eminent domain
proceedings, and to include additional public improvement projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. This Commission hereby sets as the time and place for a
joint public hearing with the City Council on the proposed
amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the South Main Street
Redevelopment Project Area and the environmental impact report
prepared in connection therewith, the following:

2. The Secretary of the Commission, in cooperation with the
Clerk of the council, is authorized and directed to give notice of
such public hearing in the form and manner required by law.
