WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33334.2 (g) of the Community
Redevelopment Law, the Agency may use Housing Funds to assist in
the provision of housing for low- or moderate-income households
outside the Redevelopment Project area if such use will be of
benefit to the Redevelopment Project; and /
WHEREAS, the Agency has used Housing Fu s to purchase
certain real property located at 1235 S. Parton the "Property"),
which is located outside the Redevelopment pro'ect area; and
WHEREAS, the Agency proposes

WHEREAS, the Agency has duly consi red all of the terms and
conditions of the proposed sale, and elieves that the proposed
sale is in the best interests of the ity and the health, safety,
morals and welfare of its reside s, and in accord with the
public purposes and provisions of plicable state and local laws
and requirements; and
WHEREAS, this Agency ha held a public hearing on the
proposed Project and the A eement as required for a small
housing project by Sect on 33433(c) of the Community
Redevelopment Law, after ving duly provided notice of such
public hearing in accordan e with state law.
NOW, THEREFORE,
Redevelopment Agency of
RESOLVED by the Community
of Santa Ana as follows:
1.
The Agency re ognizes that it has received and heard all
oral and wri ten objections to the proposed sale, and to
other matte s pertaining to this transaction, and that
all such oral and written objections are hereby
overruled.
2.
y hereby finds and determines that the Recitals
above are true and correct.
3.
The Ag ncy hereby finds and determines that the sale of
the P operty will provide housing for low- or moderate-
persons.
4.
The Agency hereby approves the sale of the Property.
5.
The Executive Directqr of the Agency or designee is
hereby authorized, on behalf of the Agency, to execute
such documents that are to be signed by the Agency in

connection with the sale, and to make such chang of a
non-substantive nature to such documents as the
Executive Director or designee shall deem a ropriate.
A copy of any such documents, when execut shall be
placed on file in the office of the Sec etary of the
Agency.
The Executi ve Director of the Agen or designee is
hereby authorized, on behalf of the gency, to sign all
documents necessary and appropri e to carry out and
implement the sale and to a inister the Agency's
obligations, responsibilities and duties to be
performed.
The Agency finds and det mines that the use of the
Housing Funds as authori d by this resolution will be
of benefit to the Redeve opment Project.
