MINUTES
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
April 16, 1973
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
was called to order at 2:05 P.M., by Chairman Patterson, in the City
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Roll call was answered
as follows:
Present
John Garthe, Commissioner
Harry K. Yamamoto, Commissioner
Vernon S. Evans, Commissioner
James E. Ward, Commissioner
Lorin Griset, Commissioner
Jerry M. Patterson, Chairman
Absent
J. Ogden Markel, Commissioner
Also present were Thomas J. Andrusky, Executive Director-Secretary
of the Agency; James A. Withers, Agency Counsel; Bruce C. Spragg,
City Manager, Charles Zimmerman, Planning Director; Ronald Wolford,
Director of Public Works; Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary and
representatives of the Press.

REPORT OF EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR-SECRETARY
Thomas Andrusky presented
a report dated April 12,
1973, of the following
Planning Commission action:
(1 )
Memo dated April 11, 1973 from the Planning Commission;
(2)
Planning Commission Resolution No. 6027, approved April 9, 1973;
(3)
Preliminary Plan for the City Redevelopment Project Area,
adopted by the Planning Commission April 9, 1973.
The recommendations of the Planning Commission were accepted and
the Director was instructed to file the appropriate documents with the
Orange County Auditor and the Orange County Assessor, on motion
of Commissioner Griset, Seconded by Commissioner Wal!d and
unanimously carried.
