COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
June 17, 1974

The Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
for an Executive Session regarding legal matters was called
to order at 4:30 P.M., by Vice Chairman Vernon S. Evans, in
the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Affidavits
of Posting and Mailing of Notice of the Special Meeting were
on file in the office of the Recording Secretary of the Agency.
Roll call was answered by the Commissioners as follows:

Vernon S. Evans
J. Ogden Markel

The following persons were also present:
Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director-Secretary
James A. Withers, Agency Counsel
Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager
Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary
Representatives of the Press
At 4:31 P.M., the meeting
was recessed by the Vice
Chairman. The meeting
reconvened at 4:40 P.M., with the same members present, and was
immediately recessed by the Vice Chairman for an Executive Session
to consider legal matters. The meeting reconvened at 5:45 P.M.,
with the same members present, and was immediately recessed for
dinner.
RECESS
ADJOURNMENT
At 9:10 P.M., the meeting
was reconvened, with the
same members present and
was adjourned for an Executive Session regarding legal matters
to 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 19, 1974, in Room 831, City Hall,
on the unanimously carried (5-0) motion of Commissioner Griset,
seconded by Vice Chairman Evans.
