COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
February 25, 1974
The Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called
to order at 2:18 P.M., by Chairman Jerry M. Patterson, in the City
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Roll call was answered by
the Commissioners as follows:

John Garthe
Harry K. Yamamoto
Vernon S. Evans
James E. Ward
Lorin Griset
Jerry M. Patterson
J. Ogden Markel
The following persons were also pre sent:
Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director-Secretary
James A. Withers, Agency Counsel
Bruce C. Spragg, City Manage r
Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary
Representatives of the Press
RESOLUTION NO. 74-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE RELOCATION GUIDELINES OF THE
STATE COMMISSION OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, was
adopted on motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded by Commissioner Ward
and carried on the following vote:
AYES:
Griset, Ward, Garthe, Yamamoto, Patterson, Evans
NOES:
None
ABSENT:
Markel
RECESSED
The Agency recessed at 2:30
P .M., on the unanimously
approved motion of Com-
missioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Ward and reconvened at 4:35
P. M., with all Commissioners present, at which time they again recessed
for an Executive Session to consider legal and personal matters. The
Agency reconvened at 5:40 P.M. with all members present.
ADJOURNMENT
At 5 :40 P.M., the meeting
was adjourned on the unani-
mously approved motion of
