ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
October 13, 1975 4:00 P.M.
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
was called to order at 4:25 P.M. by Chairman John Garthe. All
members being present and roll call having been taken at the City
Council Meeting, roll call was disposed with.
REPORT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The proposed OWners' Participation Agreement between Del Pueblo
Management Company and the Redevelopment Agency was presented
for discussion and review. The OPA would provide an additional
year for rehabilitation effort and would provide the Agency access
to the building for purposes of demolition if after the year's
time, no further improvements had been made than at present time.
Mr. Hector Godinez, representing Del Pueblo, requested a two year
time period for rehabilitation. After discussion, the matter was
continued until November 12,1975, upon the motion of Mr. Ward
and seconded by Mr. Evans.
