ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF SANTA ANA
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
September 15, 1975
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency was called to order by Chairman Garthe at 3:08 P.M.,
September 15,1975, in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After the pledge to the
flag, the roll was called:

FORE STRONG DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
Mr. Dykstra and Mr. Boone presented their proposal to develop
an office building on the parcel bounded by Santa Ana Boule-
vard, Fifth Street and Birch Street. The office building would
be approximately 60,000 square feet of which 45,000 square feet
would be used for governmental purposes. A motion was made by
Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Evans and carried unanimously to grant
Fore Strong Development Corporation a six month exclusive right
to negotiate.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried
unanimously, the meeting was adjourned at 3:25 P.M. to September
23, 1975 at 5:00 P.M. in the 8th Floor Conference Room.
