December 6,1976
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency was called to order by Chairman John Garthe at 2:00 P.M.
in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
After the pledge to the Flag, roll was called:

PUBLIC HEARING - SALE OF LAND AND PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT
Upon the recommendation of staff, a motion was made by Mr. Evans,
seconded by Mr. Ortiz and carried unanimously to continue the
public hearing to December 28,1976 at 5:00 P.M.
RESOLUTION 76-34
A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Garthe and carried
unanimously to adopt Resolution 76-34, A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
BY AND BETWEEN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, HOUSING AUTHORITY AND
NATIONAL HOUSING CONSULTANTS, INC., THAT AUTHORIZES THE REDEVELOPER
TO FORM A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE PURCHASE, DEVELOPMENT, AND
OPERATION OF THE SANTA ANA TOWERS PROJECT, subject to the Agency's
receipt and acceptance of verification of the personal financial
responsibility of the principals of the limited partnership.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Community Redevelopment
Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 2:20 P.M. upon the motion of
Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Garthe.
