MINUTES
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
May 3, 1976
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency was called to order by Chairman John Garthe at 2:02 P.M.
in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
After the pledge to the flag, roll was called:

Thomas Hammill, Real Estate Agent
Stacey Creveston, Secretary
Bruce Spragg, City Manager
Ron Wolford, Assistant City Manager
Keith Gow, City Attorney
DISPOSITION CONSULTANT
A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried
unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to enter into a
contract with Douglas C. Myers, Disposition Consultant.
SECOND STREET REVIVAL
A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried
unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to execute an
Acknowledgement of Intended Construction between the Redevelopment
Agency and Second Street Revival.
STUDY SESSION
The Executive Director requested that the Agency and staff get
together for a study session to discuss the YMCA and the Agency's
budget. A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken
and carried unanimously to adjourn the Agency meeting to the next
Council meeting to be held on Monday, May 17,1976.
NAHRO CONFERENCE
Mr. Bricken informed the Agency that he would not be able to attend the
NAHRO Conference scheduled in May. Mr. Evans reported to the Agency
that he also would not be able to attend.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried
unanimously, the meeting was adjourned at 2:10 P.M. to May 17th.
