SPECIAL MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
APRIL 4, 1983
The Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana was called to order by Chairman
Bricken at 5:02 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After the Pledge to
the Flag and the Invocation, roll was called:

A. J. Wilson, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Executive Director
Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney
David N. Ream, Community Development Director
TAX ALLOCATION BOND ISSUE, REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr.
Luxembourger and carried by a 5:2 vote (Mr. Markel and Mr.
Serrato casting the "NO" votes) to adopt Resolution 83-9: A
RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF TAX ALLOCATION BONDS IN A
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTEEN MILLION, FIVE
HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($17,500,000), APPROVING THE FORM
OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL SAID BONDS AND DIRECTING THE
PUBLICATION THEREOF.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Agency,
the meeting was adjourned at 5:14 P.M.
