MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY JUNE 30, 1986 Chairman Griset called the Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:30 P.M. in the Second Floor Conference Room of the Bowers Museum, 2002 North Main Street, Santa Ana, California. The roll was called: PRESENT ABSENT John Acosta Daniel E. Griset, Chairman P. Lee Johnson, Vice Chairman Wilson Hart R. E. Luxembourger Patricia McGuigan Dan Young Others in attendance: Robert C. Bobb, City Manager Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager/Development Jan Perkins, Deputy City Manager/Operations Richard P. Dominguez, Manager of Finance and Services Operations SHORT-TERM NOTE LOAN COMPLETE PAYOFF OF THE SANTA FE LAND BANK TO In response to questions from Agency Member Acosta, staff explained that the Swiss Bank, which had previously been approved for this short-term bank loan, had not been able to act in a timely manner. Therefore, Banque Paribas was now being recommended by staff because they had given final approval of the loan in four days. After further discussion, it was moved by Vice Chairman Jdhnson, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and carried unanimously (7:0) that the Agency approve a two-year, $10,500,000 bank loan to complete payoff of the Santa Fe Land Note.
