MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
DECEMBER 20, 1988
The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order
at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.

MINUTES
It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member May and
carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of
the Regular Meeting held November 15, 1988 and the Minutes of the Adjourned
Regular Meeting held November 22, 1988.
GRANTING EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE TO HUTTON DEVELOPMENT FOR
THE IC-1 SITE
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and
carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency grant a nine-month
extension of the Exclusive Right to Negotiate on the IC-1 site to Hutton
Development Company, Inc.
REOUEST FOR A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and
carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution
No. 88-18 - a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana
consenting to a joint public hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan on the
Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project.

ANNUAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987-88
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member May and
carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Annual
Report for Fiscal Year 1987-88 consisting of:
1.
The Annual Audit Report as prepared by Deloitte, Haskins and sells,
2.
The Annual Report of Financial Transactions, and
3.
Schedule HCD describing the Agency's sctivities affecting housing and
displacement.
AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigsn, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and
carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency
Secretary to enter into the minutes:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the November 15,
1988 Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 11 a.m. on
November 10, 1988.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 5494.2, the Agenda for the November 22,
1988 Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was
posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 11 a.m.
on November 16, 1988.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Agency, the
meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m. to January 3, 1989.
