MINUTES
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
JANUARY 4, 1988
Chairman Young called the Community Redevelopment Agency meeting
to order at 4:19 p.m. in Room 147 of the Council Chambers, 22
Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA. The following Agency Members
were in attendance:

MACARTHUR PLACE/SAKIOKA OPTION AGREEMENT
It was moved by Vice Chairperson McGuigan, seconded by Agency
Member Acosta and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Community
Redevelopment Agency authorize the Chairman to execute the
Purchase Option Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions between
the Sakiokas et a1 and the Redevelopment Agency.
AGENCY SECRETARY'S REPORT
It was moved by Vice Chairperson McGuigan, seconded by Agency
Member Acosta and carried unanimously (6:0) that the
Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency Secretary to enter into
the Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the
January 4, 1988 Community Redevelopment Agency Agenda was posted
on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at
1:05 p.m. on December 29, 1987.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment
Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 4:21 p.m.
