MINUTES
JOINT REGULAR MEETING
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/CITY COUNCIL
FEBRUARY 20, 1990
The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council was
called to order at 5:34 p.m. by Chairman Young in the Council Chambers, 22
Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member Norton and
carried unanimously (7: 0) to approve the Regular Meeting of the CoDUllunity
Redevelopment Agency held Janua~ 16, 1990.
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
CAMPBELL AUTOMOTIVE GROUP. INC. (SATURN)
At 5: 35 p. m., Chairman Young opened the public hearing on the issue of the
Disposition and Development Agreement with Campbell Automotive Group, Inc.
(Saturn) .
It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and
carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution
No. 90-1 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana approving an agreement between the Agency and Campbell Automotive
Group, Inc.
After a brief discussion, the Chairman closed the public hearing at 5:37 p.m.
SANTA ANA MUSEUM DISTRICT MASTER PLAN
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Norton and
carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency
Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to
execute an agreement with Birtcher to prepare a master land use plan for the
Museum District and an economic profile for a selected site within the
District. (Agency Member Acosta abstained because of a conflict of interest).

REPLACEMENT OF TREE GRATES ALONG FOURTH STREET
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Kember Acosta and
carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize staff to
advertise for bids for replacement of tree grates along Fourth Street.
AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and
carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency
Secretary to enter into the Minutes:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the January 16,
1990 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on January 12, 1990.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Agency, the
meeting was adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
