JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE HISTORIC FRENCH
PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Mayor Pro Tem Pulido opened the public hearing at 5:40 p.m.
Patricia Whitaker, Housing Division, gave the staff presentation.
No written comments were received.
Mike Brajdic, 301 E. 8th Street, spoke in favor of the proposed agreement.
The public hearing closed at 5:44 p.m.

Adopt Resolution No. 91-10 - A resolution of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, approving a
Disposition and Development Agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and the Historic
French Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. making certain findings
with respect to the consideration to be received by the Agency
pursuant to said Agreement; and authorizing the execution and
implementation of said Disposition and Development Agreement.
