EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AND PREDEVELOPMENT LOAN AGREEMENT -
YWCA OF SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY
Approve an Exclusive Right to Negotiate and Predevelopment Loan
Agreement with the YWCA of South Orange County for a nine-month
period for the development of a Single-Room Occupancy residential
hotel at 1411 North Broadway, and authorize the Executive Director
to execute the appropriate documents.

purchasers of three townhomes located at 1102-1106 West Second
Street.

The August 18, 1992 Community Redevelopment Agency Agenda was posted
on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at
9 a.m. on August 14, 1992.

RECESSED TO CLOSED SESSION:
At 5:39 p.m., the Agency Secretary announced that the Redevelopment Agency was
recessing to Closed Session pursuant to:
Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to confer with the Agency Attorney
regarding pending litigation which had been initiated formally and to which
the Agency was a party, to wit:
Rancho Santiago College v. City of Santa Ana
Agency Member Pulido arrived at 5:42 p.m.
RECONVENED: 5:47 p.m.
All Agency Members were present.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT

The Redevelopment Agency requested Agency Counsel to prepare, and
authorized the Chairman of the Agency to execute, a "pass-through"
agreement with the Rancho Santiago Community College District
pertaining to the South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street
Redevelopment Plan Amendment consistent with terms discussed in
executive session.
