Approve a loan through the Nonprofit Loan Pool Program to Mercy
House in an amount not to exceed $128,200 to finance the acquisition
and rehabilitation of 1505 and 1509 North Bush Street.

RESOLUTION 92-11 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana authorizing the refinancing of a
rehabilitation loan secured by property located at 505 North Main
Street.

NORTH RAITT STREET
1.
Approve an amendment to the Infill New Construction Loan
Agreement with Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation for its
project located at 201 North Raitt Street for a total amount of
$284,000.
2.
Approve a short-term loan with Civic Center Barrio Housing
Corporation for its project located at 201 North Raitt Street
for a total amount of $50,000.
3.
Authorize deferment on the $58,200 repayment loan to a 30-year
term.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - FEDERAL COURT COMPLEX AT FOURTH
AND ROSS STREETS
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, a Memorandum of Understand-
ing concerning the construction of a federal court complex in
downtown Santa Ana.

The July 21, 1992 Community Redevelopment Agency Agenda was posted
on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at
9 a.m. on July 17, 1992.

regarding pending litigation which had been initiated formally and to which
the Agency was a party, to wit:

CRA vs. Phillips Hutton
