MOTION: McGuigan SECOND: Richardson VOTES: AYES: McGuigan, Norton, Pulido, Richardson NOES: RESOLUTION - DEFERRED LOAN REFINANCING - 505 NORTH MAIN STREET Adopt a resolution: RESOLUTION 92-11 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana authorizing the refinancing of a rehabilitation loan secured by property located at 505 North Main Street. MOTION: Richardson SECOND: McGuigan VOTES: McGuigan, Norton, Pulido, Richardson AYES: NOES: AMENDED LOAN TO CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORPORATION FOR 201 NORTH RAITT STREET 1. Approve an amendment to the Infill New Construction Loan Agreement with Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation for its project located at 201 North Raitt Street for a total amount of $284,000. 2. Approve a short-term loan with Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation for its project located at 201 North Raitt Street for a total amount of $50,000. 3.
