At 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, the Clerk of the Council announced
that the meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency would be deferred to
later in the evening, and its business conducted following the conclusion
of the City Council's Business Session (as noted in the City Council
Agenda) .

EXCHANGE AGREEMENT - OWENS DRIVE STREET WIDENING

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an Exchange Agreement with the
City of Santa Ana conveying the real property required for street
widening on the north side of Owens Drive.
