Community Redevelopment Agency held on October 18, 1993, and the
Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held on
October 19, 1993.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an Owner Participation
Agree_nt with Case Swayne Company, Inc. for site acquisition
assistance for 1043 East Fourth Street, Santa Ana.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an amendment to the contract
with Planning and Urban Design Resources/IBI Group in an amount
not to exceed $3045 for preparation of the Community Shopping
Center Conceptual Site Plan and Preliminary Program for the
Midtown District.
