Community Redevelopment Agency held February 22 and the Regular
Meeting held on March 15, 1994.

the minutes.
The February 22, 1994 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on
February 18, 1994.
The Notice of Adjournment of the March 15, 1994 Keeting of the
ColDIIIUnity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on
March 15, 1994.

AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS. CARPENTERS UNION. AND CCROP FOR THE
YOUTH EDUCATION AND SERVICES "YES" PROGRAM

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, a Corporate Agreement between
the Community Redevelopment Agency, the California Conservation
Corps, Southern California Gas Company, Carpenters Union, and
Central County Regional Occupation Program to implement the Youth
Education and Services Program in the Weed and Seed area.
