Community Redevelopment Agency held on August 21, 1995.

Motion:
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the
Minutes.
The August 21, 1995 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 1:35 p.m. on
August 17, 1995.
The Notice of Adjournment for the August 21, 1995 Community
Redevelopment Agency Adjourned Regular Meeting was posted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 8:12 p.m. on

BUSINESS CALENDAR
CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH PLANNING AND URBAN DESIGN RESOURCES
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, a contract amendment with
Planning and Urban Design Resources in an amount not to exceed $1300
to complete the final Midtown Specific Plan.
