Motion:
Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar
items.

Motion: Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency held on September 3, 1996 and
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on september 17, 1996.
RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into
the Minutes.

The September 3, 1996 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza at 9 a.m. on August 30,
1996.
The Notice of Adjournment for the September 17, 1996 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on
September 17, 1996.
BUSINESS CALENDAR
1.
MACARTHUR PLACE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Motion: 1.
Authorize the Executive Director to consent on behalf of the
Redevelopment Agency to a proposed transfer by BGS Partners
of its interests in the MacArthur Place site and the
Disposition and Development Agreement to a new entity to be
formed by BGS Partners and Thermo Development, Inc., or an
affiliated organization.
2.
Exempt E'irst American Title Company from the Agency's
prevailing wage requirement for any development at MacArthur
Place.
