Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency held on April 15 and the Regular Meeting held on
April 16, 1996.

Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the
Minutes.
The April 15, 1996 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 10 a.m. on April 12,1996.
The Notice of Adjournment for April 16, 1996 Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on April 16, 1996.

PAINT IT NOW PROGRAM
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Executive
Director to execute, contracts and agreements with F & A Painting
Inc. in an amount not to exceed $53,970, including a five percent
contingency fee, to implement the Paint It Now Program.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE WITH RICHARD R. BAUER FOR PARCEL 6 AT
THE SANTA ANA AUTO MALL
Motion:
Direct the Agency Atton1ey to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, a 90-day Exclusive Right to
Negotiate with Richard R. Bauer for the development of Parcel 6 at
the Santa Ana Auto Hall.
