NELSON, Executive Director CONSENT CALENDAR Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar items. MOTION: McGuigan SECOND: Christy VOTE: AYES: Christy, Franklin, Lutz, McGuigan, Moreno NOES: None ABSENT: Bist, Pulido ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Communi ty Redevelopment Agency held on October 4, 1999 and the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held on October 19, 1999. I . . . RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes. The October 4, 1999 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Conununity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 4:25 p.m. on September 29, 1999. The Notice of Adjournment for the October 19, 1999 Conununity Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on October 19, 1999. END OF CONSENT CALENDAR BUSINESS ITEMS 1. CONTRACT AWARD FOR DEMOLITION - 807, 809, ANA BOULEVARD AND 630 GARFIELD 809y', 626, 628 SANTA Motion: 1. Award a contract for the demolition of 807, 809, 809%, 626, 628 E. Santa Ana Boulevard, and 630 Garfield to J. G. Industries, Inc., the lowest responsive bidder, in the amount of $51,825, and authorize the Executive Director of the Conununi ty Development Agency to execute all necessary documents. 2. Approve a Project Budget not to exceed $57,010. MOTION: McGuigan SECOND: Franklin VOTE: AYES: Christy, Franklin, Lutz, McGuigan, Moreno NOES: None ABSENT: Bist, Pulido Agency Member McGuigan asked staff to insure that the City receive eligible credits for recycling of materials as related to demolition projects.
