PHILLIPS BLOCK REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
Roger Torriero commented on the city's progress with regard to the
Arts Disjtrict, and reinforced the need to introduce the next
component which is retail/restaurant. Zov Karamardian described her
vision regarding the "Zov's On Broadway" project.
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the
Chairman to execute a reimbursement agreement with Griffin
Realty for a feasibility analysis of the Phillips Block
Buildings.
