Motion:
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting
into the Minutes.
The December 7, 1998 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular
Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at
3:00 p.m. on December 2, 1998.
The Notice of Adjournment for the December 7, 1998 Community
Redevelopment Agency Adjourned Regular Meeting was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at
8:42 p.m. on December 7, 1998.
The December 14, 1998 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular
Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on

HOME MORTGAGE FINANCE AND CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Motion:
Adopt a resolution:
1.
RESOLUTION NO. 99-1: A resolution adopting a Home
Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit Certificate
Program in cooperation with the County of Orange, and
authorizing the County of Orange application to the
California Debt Limit Allocation Committee.
2.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize
the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, a
Cooperative Agreement with the County of Orange to
implement a Home Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit
Certificate Program.
