The October 16, 2000 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 6:30 p.m. on October 11,2000.
The Notice of Adjournment of the October 17, 2000 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to November 6, 2000 at 6:00 p.m.
in the Council Chambers was posted on the door of the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on October 17, 2000.
The November 6, 2000 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 6:28 p.m. on November 1, 2000.
The Notice of Adjoumment of the November 6, 2000 Community
Redevelopment Agency Adjourned Regular Meeting to November 20, 2000
at 6:05 p.m. in the Police Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza, was

AGREEMENT WITH ROSENOW SPEVACEK GROUP, INC.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and
Executive Director to execute an agreement with Rosenow Spevacek
Group, Inc. to prepare Redevelopment Plan amendments for the North
Harbor, South Harbor, South Main and Bristol Corridor Redevelopment
Plans in an amount not to exceed $250,000.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER ADMINISTRATION
SERVICES WITH JORGE JUAN
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and
Executive Director to execute an amendment to the agreement with Jorge
Juan to petform various computer programming and other support
services, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.

ACQUISITION AGREEMENT WITH THE OLSON COMPANY FOR EAST
VILLAGE ARTISTS LlVEIWORK PROJECT.
Motion:
Authorize the Agency to prepare and the Executive Director to execute an
agreement for contingent acquisition of Real Property and Escrow
Instructions with The Olson Company.
Mayor Pulido declared a conflict of interest and left the room.
