Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 2:35 p.m. on December 15, 1999.
The Notice of Adjoumment of the December 21, 1999 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to January 3, 2000 at 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic

TERMINATION OF DISPOSmON AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND BROOKFIELD IMPERIAL, INC.
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attomey to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the
Executive Director to execute, an Agreement to terminate the Disposition and
Development Agreement between the Agency and Brookfield Imperia¿ Inc. as
successor-in-interest to BG5 Partners.
