Motion:
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the
Minutes.
The Agenda for the April 2, 2001 Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 6:43 p.m. on March 29, 2001.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1.
CHFA - CaHLIF 97/3 MORTGAGE PROGRAM
Motion:
1. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute, an Agreement with the California
Housing Finance Agency and the California Housing Loan
Insurance Fund to enable participating lenders to offer CHFA-
CaHLIF 97/3 Mortgage Program loans to qualified homebuyers in
the City of Santa Ana.
2. Authorize the Executive Director to create and fund a $25,000
loan loss reserve account as required for implementation of the
CHFA-CaHLIF 97/3 Mortgage Program.
