Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 3:15 p.m. on March 16, 2001.
The Notice of Adjournment of the March 20, 2001 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to April 2, 2001 at 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22
Civic Center Plaza at 6:17 p.m. on March 20, 2001.

SECOND AMENDMENT TO OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT -
SYCAMORE RETIREMENT APARTMENTS
1.
Adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an amendment to
the Owner Participation Agreement for the Sycamore Retirement
Apartments.
2.
Direct the City Attorney to prepare an amendment to the Owner
Participation Agreement for the Sycamore Retirement Apartments,
and authorize the Executive Director to sign all related documents.
