MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
November 23, 1976
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the
City of Santa Ana, was called to order at 5:30 P.M., by Chair-
man Harry K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority
responded to the roll call:

David 1. Brandt
Harry K. Yamamoto, Chairman
Gordon Bricken
Vernon S. Evans
James E. Ward
The following persons were also present:
Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary
Keith Gow, City Attorney
Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager
Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary
Representative of the Press
CONTRACT FOR
SALE OF HOUSING SITE
CONTINUED
Consideration of
a contract for
sale of land and
private redevelopment
with the Housing Authority, Community Redevelopment Agency and
Shapell Government Housing and Goldrich/Kest was continued to
December 6, 1976, on the unanimously approved 4:0 motion of
Commissioner Brandt, seconded by Commissioner Ortiz.
ADJOURNMENT At 5:33 P.M., the
meeting was adjourned
to December 6, 1976,
at 2:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, by Ch irman Yamamoto.
